Our subscription service operates on a 30-day cycle, commencing on the date of your first payment. Each subscription period renews automatically after 29 days unless cancelled prior to renewal. All subscription fees are billed upfront and cover the entire 30-day access to our services.
While we strive to offer maximum value, please note that all payments are non-refundable once processed. We encourage you to review the benefits and timing of your subscription before making a payment, as we do not offer refunds for partially used periods or cancellations made during an active billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting customer support. Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will be applied following your cancellation, and your subscription will not automatically renew after the current period.
To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Prior to renewal, we will send a notification to remind you of the upcoming charge. Should you wish to cancel, you can do so at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
For customers in the UK and EU: In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, please note that as our digital services commence immediately upon payment, no refunds will be provided after the subscription begins.
For US customers: We adhere to the laws of applicable states regarding subscription services. Please consult your state’s specific consumer protection laws for further details.
For Indian customers: In accordance with local regulations, once a subscription is activated, refunds are not available for the remainder of the period.
